We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell you wine and answer your questions. This page describes what we hold and why.
What we collect
When you order, Shopify collects your name, address, e-mail, phone number and order details in order to process the purchase and the payment. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your e-mail address only.
Why we hold it
To fulfil your order, meet bookkeeping and alcohol-sales obligations, and to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who processes it
Shopify handles orders, payments and checkout. Payment processing is done by Shopify's payment providers. This site is hosted by Lovable, and newsletter sign-ups are stored in our own database. Each acts as a data processor for us.
Cookies
Shopify's checkout sets cookies needed for the cart and payment to work. This site stores your language choice and age confirmation in your browser's local storage. We do not run advertising trackers.
Retention
Order data is kept for five years plus the current year, as Danish bookkeeping rules require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our processing. Write to us and we answer within a month. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
