We pack every order by hand and hand it to the carrier within 2-4 working days.
Delivery across Denmark
We ship to addresses and parcel shops throughout Denmark. Orders placed before noon on a working day usually leave the same week; expect 2-4 working days in total.
Free shipping over DKK 1,000
Spend more than DKK 1,000, mixed as you like, and shipping is free. It is applied automatically at checkout.
Age check on delivery
Wine is only handed over to someone aged 18 or over, and the carrier may ask for ID.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind. Write to us first, then send the unopened bottles back in packaging that protects them. We refund the bottles once they arrive intact; return shipping is at your own cost.
Breakage
If anything arrives broken, send us a photo of the parcel and the bottle within a few days and we replace it or refund you.
