Terms of sale
These terms apply to all orders placed on this site. Checkout, payment and order confirmation are handled by Shopify on our behalf.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT and Danish alcohol duty. Payment is captured at checkout through Shopify's secure payment page; we never see or store your card details.
Age limit
We sell alcohol only to customers aged 18 or over. You confirm your age before checkout, and we may ask for ID on delivery. Orders that cannot be age-verified are cancelled and refunded.
Delivery
Orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 working days. Shipping is free on orders over DKK 1,000, applied automatically at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. Write to us at the address on the contact page before returning anything. Bottles must be unopened and in the condition you received them; return shipping is at your own cost.
Faulty or damaged bottles
If a bottle arrives broken, or is corked or otherwise faulty, contact us with a photo and we replace or refund it. Your statutory two-year right of complaint applies.
Complaints
If we cannot resolve a complaint, you can bring it to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, or via the EU ODR platform.
